With age, the skin loses collagen, elastin, and hyaluronic acid, which causes it to become less elastic and wrinkles to appear. Diet and lifestyle have a huge impact on skin condition and appearance. At Pure Clinic, we work with several different techniques in combination with skin care and nutrition advice. We always offer consultations with individualized advice for you.
ClearLift works with a fractional non-ablative Q-Switched laser. Unlike other laser skin lifting procedures, ClearLift penetrates deeper into the skin below the epidermis. Controlled damage occurs, while the surface of the skin remains intact. The skin begins a regeneration process that stimulates collagen growth, the skin tightens and becomes more elastic. Immediately after the procedure, you may feel warmth on your face. The procedure is suitable for all skin types, and you can immediately return to your normal routine.
I can treat wrinkles, mimic facial lines of varying depths and achieve excellent results, but the prerequisite for this is that you also do your part. Neither I nor any other equipment in the world can completely remove all wrinkles or folds, but they become less visible and less deep as the skin's elasticity and structure improve. It is important that we take into account both your diet and lifestyle to understand what you can improve. Sun exposure, smoking, processed foods, sugar, gluten, and dairy products all have a negative impact on the skin. Try to reduce your intake of gluten, dairy, and sugar, and increase your intake of fruits and vegetables, and you will achieve an even better end result. It's important to have realistic expectations, which we can discuss during the consultation, where I will go over all the details. For optimal results, 3-5 treatments are recommended with an interval of 2-4 weeks.
ClearLift deeply tightens and improves skin elasticity, and you may see results immediately after the procedure, but your skin will continue to heal and accumulate results for up to 3 weeks. During the healing period, avoid overexerting pressure on the skin. Try sleeping on your back and avoid touching the treated area.
A few days before the procedure, you should protect your skin from sunlight. Common side effects can include redness, burning, or swelling, but this usually goes away within an hour, although in some cases it can last up to several days. This can be relieved with something cooling. The healing process takes 3 weeks or more, so avoid putting pressure or strain on the treated area. The healing area may be slightly itchy and this is a sign of the skin repair process.
Do not sunbathe for several days after the procedure, but sun exposure is allowed.
